Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

Physical Items: All physical orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Digital Items: All digital orders are processed instantly. When a customer purchases a digital product, they're sent a download link. The link expires 24 hours after the purchase. 

International Orders

I don't normally ship internationally but when I do I use Royal Mail as its the best service and rates.

Charges vary depending on weight, and customer location.

Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.

International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How you download your digital file

After it's purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

  • This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    • Shipping method: Royal Mail Standard/48h Tracked
    • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

      Overnight delivery is not available for any physical orders.

      Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to U.K. Bank Holidays, public holidays, and postal service strikes. You will be notified of any delays via email.

      Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.K.

      Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

      Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Don't hesitate to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received a damaged order.

      Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take photographic evidence of the damages.
